"Wonderful tools - a new paradigm of thinking that I'm actually using in my everyday life and interactions with myself and others. I appreciated the depth of Suzie's knowledge and the calm, fun, professional environment to take all of this and move into a world of infinite possibilities."
  - Christina F., Module 1 2014

"I would recommend this training to others, because it offers a space to learn and grow.  This is not taught in the corporate world or, from my experience, in the western counseling educational system.  This is the real deal and provides a path to freedom.
     - Mikki, Module 1 2013

"I learned the method/language to discover & develop my vision for my company. Then how to align my actions to that vision, and to gain buy-in from employees to that vision. I can't think of many who would not benefit from this process of self-discovery, alignment and creation of a plan."
  - Travis Davis, Module 3 2013

Suzie Newcome graduated from Harvard (‘94) and Harvard Business School (‘99), and worked in the corporate world at companies including Digitas, Bain Strategy Consulting and Target Corp before returning to Bend to start Namaspa. Now after five years, Namaspa has been voted the Best Yoga Studio in Bend and Suzie travels around the world as one of Baron Baptiste’s top teachers. Her mission: Empowering others to live better lives.

Why is a yoga practice part of a leadership training? The physical practice includes several tools for anchoring the mind to the present, releasing tension, revealing destructive behavior patterns, and creating an environment to practice new ways of being. Each practice will be suitable for all body types and experience levels, and requires no prior level of conditioning.
